Federal Substance Abuse Data
The United States Department of Health and Human Services tracks the nation's substance abuse patterns through three major surveys:
- The National Household Survey on Drug Abuse - Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services
- Monitoring the Future -National Institute on Drug Abuse, National Institutes of Health
- Youth Risk Behavior Survey. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services
